What Is a Community Chat?

A Community Chat on EVEN offers you the chance to engage directly with your fans in a personalized and meaningful way. Through this exclusive chat feature, you can share updates, thoughts, and emotions, creating a genuine connection with your audience. It’s more than just a chat; it’s a space to foster a deeper relationship with your fans, providing them with an insider’s view into your creative journey. Each release comes with its own unique chat, giving you a dedicated channel to engage with fans specifically around that project.

Step 1:

Log in to your Backstage Account. If you don’t have an account yet, check out this guide on how to create one.

Step 2:

From the left-hand menu, select Upload Your Release to begin adding your latest project.

Step 3:

After completing the upload of your release information and tracks, you will be prompted with an option to create a community chat.

• Select Not Now if you wish to opt out of adding a chat at this time.
• Select Create to add a community chat to your release, enabling direct interaction with your fans around this specific project.
